Reach out for ppl, go to the forums, SHOW ur work (very important). Newgrounds have no algorithm, and that's great. I have seen ppl with no submissions having +100 fans and ppl with super good art having 12 fans. You gotta show ur stuff if u want ppl to see it. Quality is still very important though! :)
You could make an art thread or go to the Crews too! Participating in collabs is cool :D
